The CogniGuide is a SW platform which was developed for the needs of robot guidance in the tasks of laser welding, hardening, surfacing and cladding. The platform can also be used in similar tasks such as robot trajectory planning in the tasks of automatic painting, surface cleaning, etc.

CogniGuide is a modular SW platform - Automatic Calibration module, Scanning module, Welding module, Cladding module, etc.

  • Automatic generation of the trajectory of the robot's end effector based on the input 2D/3D data
  • The identified trajectory is used to control the robot in online / offline mode
