The CogniGuide is a SW platform which was developed for the needs of robot guidance in the tasks of laser welding, hardening, surfacing and cladding. The platform can also be used in similar tasks such as robot trajectory planning in the tasks of automatic painting, surface cleaning, etc.

CogniGuide is a modular SW platform - Automatic Calibration module, Scanning module, Welding module, Cladding module, etc.
Advantages and Innovations:
- Automatic generation of the trajectory of the robot's end effector based on the input 2D/3D data
- The identified trajectory is used to control the robot in online / offline mode
- Significant reduction of inputs from the operator
- Creation of a 3D model of the processed object based on a profile scan
- Possibility to use an input 3D model of an object from other SW in the form of a STL or PLY file
- The object is represented in CogniGuide in the form of a depth map or 3D surface
