About us
DiagEn laboratory is a part of NTIS European Centre of Excellence – a research centre in Pilsen, Czech Republic. The team is focused on R&D in technical diagnostics and automatic robot guidance. The diagnostics branch performs R&D of advanced diagnostic methods and systems not only for power generation sector. The robotics branch performs R&D of vision-based automatic robot guidance methods for precise applications such as laser welding, cladding and cleaning or ultrasonic testing.
The research team is developing modern and advanced methods for diagnosing rotating machinery focused on early detection of impending damage, primarily targeting the detection and localization of rubbing, which significantly affects operations, for example, steam turbines.
Our mission
At DiagEn laboratory, our mission is to lead groundbreaking research in technical diagnostics and robotics. We develop advanced methods for early detection of machinery damage and precision robot guidance systems. Through innovation and collaboration, we strive to enhance industrial reliability, efficiency, and safety."
